You hold your own internal tool for healing!  It may sound simple but your breath may be the key to heal physical ailments, instill self-improvement, enhance performance in your profession, and carve out a path for well-being!  The workshop will specifically target why breathwork my help in healing and coping with cancer and other “dis-ease”.  Inviting you to discover the history, science and benefits of the breath therapy known as Breathwork. You will be taught the practice and then gently guided into a 21 minute breathwork session. Music and essential oils will be minimally used to help move energy, release traumas or beliefs which no longer serve you and then uplift you into a better frame of mind.   Offered for you to create your balanced homeostasis in everyday life! 
Melissa Terese Young is a breathwork facilitator, Teacher and Founder of Breathwork Worldwide. In 2012 she experienced a life changing moment when she physically healed a back injury through the pranayama practice of breathwork. This life event inspired her to immerse herself in the study of various holistic practices including Reiki, Shamanism and South American Plant Medicines. She now shares across the United States in groups, workshops and deep one-on-one private sessions her belief that each individual holds the skill to heal themselves through their breath. She is known for her ability to invoke safe sacred space for you to transform and heal physical and emotional trauma along with create focus and gain guidance in your life.
