2 cups unsweetened coconut mil
Juice of 1 lime or lemon
2 ripe avocados cut into large chunks
2 handfuls of organic spinanch
1/4 cup of organic cilantro leaves
1 garlic clove
2 TBS of minced shallots
Sea Salt to taste
- In a blender, blend all ingredients until creamy.
- Garnish with additional cilantro leaves or avocado, or with raw nuts of your choice!
- Chill or serve at room temperature.
